How do I use this website to make a purchase?

Selecting items to purchase is very easy. Simply browse our site, view the details of any items you would like to buy, then click on the 'Add to Basket' button (or icon, if you're buying tickets or membership) to add the item to your shopping basket. You may view your shopping basket details at any time by clicking the basket information in the top navigation bar. Viewing your basket also enables you to adjust quantities or remove an item.

When you have everything you wish to purchase in your basket, click the 'Checkout' button in the top navigation bar. You have the option of logging in (if you already have an account) or creating an account.

Select the account option you prefer, then enter your details on the forms as they appear. You may pay for your purchases securely online using your credit or debit card via PayPal.

Final confirmation that you wish to place your order occurs when you click 'Make Secure Payment'. Up to that point, exiting the website or checkout procedure will stop the order process. You'll now be forwarded to the secure PayPal website to enter your card details (depending on which option you chose).

Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, and instructions should you wish to cancel it.

How do I pay for my purchases?

Payment can be made securely online using your credit or debit card via PayPal.

PayPal do not require you to hold a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply select the option to pay by credit card without an account.

If you have chosen to pay by cheque, please print out your confirmation email email and send it, together with your cheque (made payable to "The M.A.F.E.A"), to the following address:

Please note we are not liable for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer for any reason.

We are not registered for UK VAT, therefore VAT is not added to our prices.

Ticket Sales Information:

How much will it cost to deliver my order?

Tickets are not sent in the post. You will receive a Ticket Receipt via email, which you then print out and bring with you to the festival.

When will I receive my Ticket Receipt?

We will send your Ticket Receipt via email as soon as possible to the email address you give us, usually the next working day, but in any event within 3 working days of your order.

Please note that if you have chosen to pay by cheque, we will not send your Ticket Receipt until the cheque has cleared in our bank account.

The Ticket Receipt should be printed out and presented to Festival Control when you arrive at the festival, where your receipt will be exchanged for festival wrist bands valid for the period you have purchased.

My Ticket Receipt hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If you do not receive your Ticket Receipt within 5 working days of the date on which you ordered them, please contact us for assistance.

What do I do if I'm unable to attend the festival and want a refund?

Tickets cannot be refunded unless the entire festival is cancelled. If you are unable to attend the festival, you may sell or pass on the receipt to another person, with the condition that a note from yourself is included confirming the transfer.

How much will it cost to deliver my order?

Postage of your membership card is included in the membership price.

When will I receive my order?

We will dispatch your membership card as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, usually the next working day, but in any event within 3 working days of your order. Please note that if you have chosen to pay by cheque, we will not send your Ticket Receipt until the cheque has cleared in our bank account. Once dispatched, your goods should arrive the next day, although some may arrive the day after. It should take no more than 5 working days for your goods to arrive.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by external couriers.

My membership card hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If you do not receive your membership card within 5 working days of the date on which you ordered them, please contact us for assistance.

I've forgotten my password - what do I do?

If you've forgotten your password you'll need to get a new one sent to you.

To do this, click the 'Login' link in the top navigation bar, then click the 'Forgotten Password' link. Enter the email address you used when registered for your account in the box provided and click 'Send a New Password'. You will receive a new password via email, which you can change to something more memorable once you have logged in.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Click the unsubscribe link in any newsletter you have received from us, or the link in the email sent to you when you signed up to receive our newsletter. If you are unable to find either of these, please email us using the email address you signed up with.
